Shiflett Construction Services Inc. began in 1977 as a sub-contracting company under its present
owner-operator Rolfe Shiflett. 

By 1979 it had incorporated additions and renovations into its professional repertoire. Supplementing our in house carpentry services with a highly skilled team of sub-contractors and architects,
to provide a turn key project for our customers.

 In 1980 we completed our first Custom built home as Shiflett Construction Services Incorporated. By combining our company's centralized designs with architectural advisors we are able to ensure a product comprised of classic yet comfortable elements to best fit your modern lifestyle. With a full time staff of 3 to 8 comprising its core SCS Inc. is well equipped to provide efficient yet personable work in a timely manner. For over thirty years , our goal of applying quality craftsmanship to contemporary homes and additions remains unchanged. Each consignment is built to your specifications, with  an intense commitment our customers have come to expect.
